I spoke to Chuck Thomas multiple times. He was very patient in answering all my questions. He gave me quote over the phone. I was really surprised. I have got other companies came to my house and gave estimates all over the map. Initially I was very worried that someone can give me a quote over the phone. Chcuk provided me the references. I spoke to the reference and hired them. On the day of installation, Justin showed up ontime and explained me exactly what he is going and did a fabulous job. He felt that he needed more material because of the location where I wanted it. They didn't ask for more money. Justin cleaned up after the work.

Not much I can tell due to the system just got installed in 1 week. I don't know weather the system will work as well as the tech told us. But for now, I guess the price is reasonable.
