He came in, looked at it, checked the whole house and explained what he was going to do. We were still there when he was fnished opening it up and discovered that due to house movement, the stucco had snapped the nails that were holding the screen to the studding and had allowed the stucco to crack. Once he opened it up further, it was a matter of cleaning it out, putting new insulation, waterproofing, etc, and by the time we got back at noon he was completely finished. He cleaned up the mess. I was dumbfounded by how great it looks. I have to wait two weeks to paint it but it's fabulous and the price is right.
