Rodney E. Fite, Inc.

Repair a Telephone System in 94109

This is what excellent service is all about (and unfortunately lacking in today's world). Rod, despite a busy schedule on the day we called, made time to respond to our call and attend to our problem. He is a very personable, soft-spoken man and a true professional.

I will recommend Rod to anybody without any hesitation.

Thanks for referring us to Rod.

He was on his way back to the office and decided he'd stop by. He was very informative and answered all of our questions and fixed the problem right away. A really nice guy.

He showed up on time, reliable, seemed to know what he's doing. It ended up a whole installation instead of simple phone line switch over. He charged me $175. Now I'm curious how much AT&T would have charged. It was unavoidable since there was no way for me to know this would be so complicated and cost me more, but still, I feel bitter about having to pay for this, I know it's not his fault. He left his phone device at my house and I ended up bring it to work and had him picked it up.
