Marco came to my house and did a thorough inspection, explained in detail what he was seeing and what he'd recommend, then sent a detailed report and bid proposal the next day. Marco was very polite and efficient, and was easy to talk to about my house's issues. He was very helpful in deciding what order to do which things (my house has issues <g>.) AND, his bid was right in line with the other bids I received. Because his report and bid were the most detailed, I knew specifically what I would be paying for.
