Alex, the owner, came by to describe the entire process. He never used any pressure tactics - always saying "IF you decide to go with us. . " rather than "When we do this. . " The examples on his website are great examples of the work he has done. They took my project seriously, even though our job was probably relatively small. I have to say it took longer than I had hoped, but that is very normal with contractors. Considering the top notch quality of their work, the price was a bargain. Finally, everyone involved - from the installer to the painters - are employees of Diablo Molding. This is a classy, top notch organization.
