He fixed my furnace within the first visit and in a timely manner obtained parts and was completed with the job within 3 hours. Very professional and courteous! I had a 1932 gas floor furnace with ceramic heating elements that emitted a funky smell each time I started it. Two other furnace companies had never seen this type of furnace and wanted to sell me on a new system.

I called Bill & emailed him some photos of the unit. He's been in the business for so long, he had actually worked on these units a few times in the past. He diagnosed by phone that it needed a thorough vacuming, did that & gave me lots of other good info on use & maintanance. He recommended I get PG&E here to do a free carbon monoxide test, which 1 of the other companies had offered to do for $300+.
