Install or Replace Ductwork in 94104

I rate Elmer as “very good” however, I have some concern with his team’s execution and completion of ancillary activities. Elmer proposed to close up the openings of the old gravity feed furnace, which he had full intention to do and consequently he sent his crew back for completion of that activity. However, the young men did only partially complete the task and it is still unfinished. I am sure they had the right intention but appeared to be very busy with other installations at the time.

The install was done in a professional, thorough, cost competitive & quick manner. He patiently answered all my questions & he & his business partner visited the site to give a free estimate.

Overall they did an excellent job. Installers used canvas to protect rug and entry way from dirt and debris. Canvas works great for large pieces of debris, but dirt and dust penetrated the canvas. Installers did sweep entry tile and porch area, but rug and base boards were left filthy. Also had to power wash and sweep driveway to remove all screws and staples.
