Arrived on time. Cleaned chimney, inspected top and made recommendations we believe we can follow, recommended substance for ridding chimney brick of glaze, which we ordered. Courteous, professional, timely, friendly good advice. HOWEVER, two weeks and two days on, the promised substance for cleaning glaze off the chimney has not been delivered. A week on it didn't come; we contacted them, and heard that it was "out of stock" in shortly, next Sunday; next Sunday it didn't come either; contacted them, no response yet (Tuesday pm). So it seems we're out $40, paid for nothing.
