Robert showed up on time (4 PM on a Sunday), and took care of several issues on both my compressor (outside) units. He replaced a failed capacitor on unit 1, re-wired an auxiliary capacitor that had been poorly installed by another company several years ago and added freon to both units. His price for several hours of work was $250 and was quite fair. Not only will I use Robert's company again, I highly recommend him for any work you fellow Service Magic-ers need for heating and AC. We discussed the poor ratings in his Service Magic on-line portfolio and as I suspected he had some personnel issues. Those issues have been addressed.

My AC broke in the middle of the night in the middle of a triple digit heat wave. They came out the very next morning, much to my pleasant surprise. The repairman, Jimmy, was very friendly. He originally diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. However, in the time it took for my part to come in, he had spent some more time thinking about the situation and when he came back out, discovered it was actually a much cheaper problem. I was impressed that he gave my situation extra thought and then was honest about it. He easily could have charged me to fix the compressor and I never would have known. I was very pleased with this company.

Out of the three servicemen I sent an email to, he was the only one to respond and did so within 30mins of my emailing request. I was given a next day appointment and was called that morning to give an update on the estimated time of arrival. Once the problem was diagnosed, Mr. Villalobos went above and beyond what was expected to ensure all my service needs were met and at an affordable price that I could live with. The customer service did not end there...he also called later that afternoon to check on the function of the system. This is a man who stands behind his work and has excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend him
