Vernon of Customer First is very pleasant to do business with. He is courteous, professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning my wool area rug. He did forget to enter the initial appointment to return the rug in his PDA, but he made up for this by providing a discount on his service. I would recommend him to my friends and call Customer First again if I needed a rug or carpet cleaned.
