First, the new AC is wonderful, and it works beyond my expectations. It took longer to install than expected, but that was partially because the installer was so careful with the cosmetics of hiding the cables and hoses (I did not have to pay extra, he just took the time to do a nice job). He was very careful about keeping the interior of my house clean (even taking his shoes off without being asked), and he was also friendly with my dogs and careful not to let them escape while having to maneuver gates and such. One blower unit is in my office, and he was very accommodating about when to do that so that it would not interrupt my work.
