| I was not sure what to expect when I put in the request on my apartment complex page. It is always hard to find the right company for the job. Anyway, Vernon of Customer First Carpet Care was the first response that I got to my request. He was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and agreed to come out on a Saturday for me and give me the estimate and do the cleaning the same time. He arrived right on time and was very professional in all aspects of the job. He was also very friendly and he and I talked quite a bit while he was cleaning the carpeting. At no time did I ever feel that this was inappropriate. He had given me the quote and he was taking his time to do a good job, but also being very friendly. When he was done, the carpeting was fantastic - perfectly clean, even the really old stains. The host-dry system was great and I could put the furniture back on right away. I will definitely provide his name and number to any of my friends who need their carpeting cleaned. I give Vernon a "10" or an "A+".
